These Terms govern your access to and use of any product, service, website, application, community, or content provided by ICU FX TRADING ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, joining the community, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. Version 2026-09-05.
1. Educational Service
ICU FX TRADING provides educational content, mentorship, and community access. Nothing offered constitutes financial advice, investment management, brokerage services, or a guarantee of any trading outcome.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
3. Membership Plans & Billing Periods
ICU FX TRADING Elite Mentorship is offered on four commitment options. Every plan includes the same core mentorship experience; longer terms add additional private mentorship and priority access. The plan you select at checkout determines the amount charged and how often it is charged:
- Elite Entry — $179 billed monthly, renewing every monthly billing period.
- Elite Growth — $497 billed every 3 months, renewing every 3-month term.
- Elite Mastery — $947 billed every 6 months, renewing every 6-month term.
- Elite Legacy — $1,697 billed annually, renewing every annual term.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and the amount charged is the price displayed for your selected plan at checkout. Effective monthly figures shown on our pricing pages are illustrative comparisons only; the actual charge is the full plan amount billed for the applicable billing period. You remain responsible for all applicable taxes.
4. Automatic Renewal
All plans are recurring memberships:
- Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
- The payment method you provide at checkout will be charged automatically.
- The amount charged depends on the plan you selected.
- Renewal occurs according to your selected billing cycle (monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, or annually).
- Your membership continues until it is properly cancelled, subject to these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Longer-term plans are a commitment for the full billing period you purchase — they are not month-to-month memberships.
5. Cancellation
You may request cancellation of future renewals at any time from your member portal or by contacting support. To prevent your next scheduled renewal, cancellation requests should be submitted at least three (3) calendar days before your next scheduled billing date. Requests submitted after this deadline may not be processed before the scheduled renewal. Cancellation does not retroactively refund charges that have already been processed, except where required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to redistribute, resell, scrape, or republish any content from the community, courses, sessions, or Discord without written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, frameworks, and materials remain the exclusive property of ICU FX TRADING.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms, the Community Rules, or for conduct we deem harmful to other members.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICU FX TRADING is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ICU FX TRADING is operated, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
