1. Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your member portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current billing period.
2. Duplicate Charges
If you were charged in error or charged twice for the same period, contact us and we will investigate and refund any verified duplicate.
3. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in immediate termination of your account.
